I recently had my roof and gutters replaced by Tony Balsamo & Sons, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Tony was incredibly patient, answering every question I had and walking me through the entire process step by step. His transparency and honesty really stood out; there were no hidden costs, and the quote he provided was extremely competitive and straightforward.
One of the things I appreciated most was Tony’s presence on-site throughout the project. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing the Tony himself was overseeing the work. The quality of workmanship is excellent, and Tony has clearly done many roofs in my area, which shows in how smoothly everything went.
Their cleanup was also impeccable. Every nail, piece of debris, and scrap from the roof was carefully collected and removed. It’s rare to see that level of attention to detail.

Called Tony and his team for a roof repair few times, the job was outstanding. Tony is very honest and giving you honest answers. Never urge you to add this or that and give you an attitude if you don't. He is always on ahead of his job. Is worried free having him to do the job. He not only does roofing, also does everything from roof to basement. The price was very friendly and I highly recommend.
Tony and his team did a great job replacing our roof and attic fan at a fair, competitive price. Tony’s years of experience and his attentiveness helped us make the decision to go with his company and we were not disappointed. He actually pointed out things to me that I brought up from other quotes, where others included “x” sheets of plywood in the quote, and he said to make sure they’d reduce the price if it wasn’t needed. He charges a set price per sheet and would show you what’s removed so you know you’re not getting ripped off. That was also a factor in our decision. While looking for companies, I had learned from others that some companies like to take advantage by either padding the amount needed without showing you what they removed, or by including an assumed number of sheets that you’ll need in the quote. To find that Tony even brought up that issue so I’d know to look out for it made me feel that he looks out for others and has integrity. I found the way that Tony approaches the plywood to be the best and it shows that they’re honest. They showed up on time, finished on time and cleaned up thoroughly. He said if there’s any issues, that he’ll show up each day until it’s resolved to our satisfaction and that’s comforting to know. I have high standards and I would definitely recommend them.
