We've worked with Bernie and his team on two separate bathroom projects. They are fast professional and knowledgeable. They stand by their quality work and make fixes should issues arise. Bernie, Jalmer and his team are not pushy and are trustworthy. It was wonderful to use their showroom to pick finishes it made the process so easy.

We were recommended to Star 22 by a coworker who had multiple bathrooms remodeled by them between her and the rest of her family. We had a great experience with our bathroom remodel.

Henry and Carlos were fantastic—professional and hardworking, even through the heat of the summer. They prepped the floors and they left the house clean every day. They were also so kind to our daughter and our dog, which we really appreciated.

Jalmer, the project manager, and Tim, who we originally booked the remodel with, were both very present and checked in regularly to make sure everything was on track. We also received great recommendations throughout the process, and the project was completed in a timely manner.

Our bathroom looks amazing, it feels like we are in a new home! We couldn’t be happier with the result!

I just had my kitchen renovated and I absolutely love it! Bernie was great to work it and was very accommodating. The team was at my house by 7:30am and never left before 5:30 and sometimes 6:00pm. They are very hard workers and clean up after themselves every day. My kitchen came out beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased with their workmanship.

From start to finish Tim and team were the best to deal with when it came to my master bathroom remodel. Tim was extremely knowledgeable during the presale part and helped suggest many creative ideas that all came together in my dream bathroom.

When it came to install the crew was nothing short of professional. I work from home and was concerned if I would have an issue during the remodel but there was no issue at all, the crew was extremely clean, quiet, and courteous. Additionally they finished exactly within the 6 day window that was discussed when provided the estimate.

This was a pretty custom project that Tim and team did and they made it a true “turn key” solution where I didn’t have to do much, yet they were able to build my vision.

Although this review is way overdue, time has not diminished how completely happy I am we went with Star22 for our main bathroom renovation & our from scratch new bathroom in our basement and relocated our washer/dryer to an area we turned into a laundry room. Let me tell you, I am a very particular person! The details matter to me and I was so nervous taking on multiple projects. From beginning to end, Bernie/Tim put me at ease & delivered! Above and beyond! Amazing customer service - we were made to feel like we were the only client & the only project they had. The PM Jalmer was great - and my rockstars - the two Henrys did HIGH QUALITY work! Everyone was hardworking, attentive & any of my questions or concerns were addressed immediately. They obtained the permits & everything was done properly & up to code (passed all inspections!) THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Oh and they kept the promised timeline - no delays or issues. INCREDIBLE! Would recommend and would ABSOLUTELY use again. I LOVE my 2 new bathrooms so much!!
