Laundry Express

Parking conditions are extremely poor, and the inconsiderate and entitled patrons who frequent the restaurant adjacent to the laundry facilities exhibit a remarkable lack of awareness.

The many times I have also felt irked is due to the fact they use signs saying a machine is out of order when it clearly wasn’t and was typically being reserved for their wash and fold service. It is very frustrating when it can be alleviated by saying it is reserved for wash and fold employee use. Just put a sign that says that and it’s all and dandy, not walking in and seeing more than half machines in use and the other half littered with machines that are not in service because they want to save it for wash and fold service.

If I didn’t come for such a long while I would never know they only put signs to reserve machines for the employees work. I would think the laundry place was run down and ill-kept/improperly maintained if not.

On the slower days and without rush of summer, all the employees are wonderful and give customer service deserving of praise. All the ladies are wonderful and even the young woman who works part time while in school. I wish the owners would listen as they have about adding the compact parking signs. The only thing is the people who do not follow the rules and still park the massive pick up trucks and commercial landscaping company vans in the lot while blocking entry for the laundry patrons to go eat.

Jose’s Mexican food needs to apply due diligence and remind their customers with the commercial vans and trucks to park in the lot behind the restaurant and the other street parking available so they do not impede the customers that use Laundry Express.

Just had a wonderful experience working with Laundry Express! I had a pick up and drop off service at the last minute because my washing machine broke. The service was excellent! The new owners are friendly and professional, and their goal is to a great job and keep their customers happy! Thank you!

Great place and nice staff. I accidentally left my drivers license and they went through a lot of trouble to try to get it back to me. I am very grateful they did!!! It is very clean and comfortable. They have a nice selection of books and magazines to read while you do your laundry. Everyone is very kind and has a smile. I will definitely continue to do my laundry there!!!

I was so happy with Laundry Express this week. I dropped off a wash and fold order which I needed done rather quickly. Not only did they complete my laundry in record time but had it perfectly folded and packed for me to pick up. The employees were courteous, the laundromat was clean, and the price was right!!! This was my first time using this service but it certainly won't be my last!!! I'm looking forward to using their services again!!!
