Having just moved to a new home, we wanted the carpet cleaned as soon as possible. This entire process was great. The response to my call as busy as Al was, he came to do the estimate the same day. His knowledge and professionalism was so impressive. Al took the time to explain exactly how he would approach the job and answered any questions without us having to ask. He knows his business.
