I would honestly give a 4-star BUT ONLY due to the prices. However, everything else is a 5-STAR service. They have the BEST customer service!! They accommodated me in every way possible. My vehicle had to have all the belts replaced, battery replaced, and radiator flushing, after being towed. They were close to closing hours and stayed extra time to be sure that I was able to have my vehicle prior to closing for the weekend. I truly appreciate the extra time stayed to be sure that I received my vehicle on time. My vehicle is my "office" and without it I dont make money so THANK YOU. Lastly, the best and most efficient employee any company can have: Cassandra! And the same goes for Chris for helping and to Bill for getting the work done!! Thank you for everything, I'm truly grateful at my time of need. Due to all of the above the pricing wasn't even a bother in the end except to my bank account hahaha.

We just moved into the area and found Deboers based on their reviews. They helped us out immediately everytime our one older vehicle gave us problems and even provided us with a loaner when necessary. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a legit and reputable shop.

I have never experienced a more pleasant atmosphere in an auto repair shop. Starting from my initial call to leaving a very happy customer did I experience nothing but courteous and respectful treatment. They are great. Customer service is A+ and workmanship is A+. Pleasure doing business with them and I’ll definitely use them again.

I would recommend highly this shop. I had a problem starting my car and needed quick repair. The communication is excellent. Pictures are taken at the start of service, which is helpful. A complete diagnostic was performed. I was given a thorough report of the recommended service with a line by line ability to approve or decline each recommendation. They even had a car fax report showing prior servicing on the car. Prices were as expected. It is always anxiety provoking when needing service, but I felt I received courteous and fair treatment at this shop.

First time customer right off the bat amazing customer service very respectful treated me like Family went over everything with me step-by-step as they got the information in from the technicians top-notch Place very high-tech amazing printouts and overall peace of mind. I was emailed an estimate before I even went into the shop when I got there I signed the estimate that they gave me with the price and that was it. They even have loaner cars if you need one who else gives you that. and a free battery for my key fob.
