Fred, Vito, and Luis were very easy to work with, and did a great job. No gimmicks, the deal was fair and I’m very happy with the turn around and terms. I would buy again from Neilsen Ford in the future.
We bought a new Expedition and the service department did a great job taking out our dash cam from our trade in and also installing different tires on the new vehicle for more winter driving conditions. They did this all professionally and quickly while we settled up all the paperwork with Eddie Santana in sales. Great experience! Great work by all!
I can only say good things about my experience here and I despise car shopping. Randy and Tyler made the whole process seamless and smooth. This isn’t like most dealerships who harass you and induce pressure. Instead they are human. They understand the importance of “I need to think”. They took the time to run different numbers and scenarios even if I decided not to. They respected my decision and offered sound and logical advice. Been doing business with them since 2011:purchased three vehicle’s, The deals were always great along with the best (lowest) financing rates. Service has always been when I need it and didn’t take long. Randy’ and his crew are fair honest and solid folks. Prices will always be competitive but does a few bucks really make the difference, it’s the post sale service you need. If you haven’t done business here worth the trip you may like what you see.
