Good quality equipment, clean bathrooms, good people and nice atmosphere. Its a great place to work out uninterrupted. Newer equipment on the higher end cardiovascular with a nice selection and music options appear to also be enabled. This location is great with an emphasis on clean and theirs plenty of privacy.
Great little old school gym that is conveniently on the island, with a great location right in the middle of town. The owner is usually there with a lot of energy doing her personal training session, along with directing anyone that might have questions or need help.
Space is smaller but has everything you would need to get a solid workout, saves good amount of time not having to travel to far. Bonus is that it is open all hours of the day, accommodating all schedules.
Cute local gym that Gets the job done. Machines, towels, free weights barbells, pulleys and plenty of cardio machines.

Love this gym. Has everything you need to get a great workout. It's an old school gym with adequate equipment for everyone. I basically do my own thing and stay to myself, but I can't help notice that Gabriella (the owner) is very active and upbeat and is constantly doing personal training sessions with clients. She clearly knows how to train and motivate people and they all seem to be repeat clients. She's like the energizer bunny.
Members are all pretty nice people and respectful of each other. It gets a bit busy during the summer, but if you go at the right times, you can get in a good workout then too. There will always be a few knuckleheads who feel the need to drop weights or take up more equipment that they should, but that is far a few between.
Great location in Lavallette, NJ one block from the beach and boardwalk (which is great for a walk or run before working out in the gym or yoga on the beach). It's perfect for summer vacationers and people who live on the island.
A great local gym and fitness studio for all ages and abilities. Very knowledgeable trainers to help you reach your goals. I also like the variety of equipment to keep your exercises interesting. Wonderful staff, clean and convenient location!
