Lee’s Auto Body did an amazing job on my car after my front passenger side was smashed in by a careless driver who ran a red light. They got me in for an estimate in a timely manner, worked with me through locating major parts for my car, and repaired my car to the extent that it looked brand new! I highly recommend Lee’s Auto Body!

I was sent to Lees by the insurance company as and authorized shop and beyond happy with the experience! They have an automated text system that kept me up to date on the progress so I always knew the status. Also took it upon themselves to make sure the quality of repair was stellar. The insurance company approved after market parts which did not meet their quality checks and worked with the insurance company to approve and replace for a like new repair of my bumper. I may have been introduced via insurance company but any future body work I need I will definitely return to them for the work.

They did it again! Lee’s auto body went far beyond the work order. In for a moulding replacement and wheel alignment. They threw in the WA as complimentary and took care of some paint specks that were mysteriously all over the hood and front end. Again highly recommend. Thank you.
I had a great experience with Lee's Auto Body. They were upfront that it would take a month or two until they could get my car in for repairs (it was drivable in the meantime), but as soon as they took my car in, it took them just a week to fully replace the passenger side door. I really appreciate that they told me about the wait instead of having me drop off my car earlier and waiting a month or longer for repairs.
I made a mistake when I got the check from my insurance (this is my first car accident) and deposited the check into my bank account. When I went to pay, Lee's said they normally have a policy to only take up to $1,000 from a credit or debit card, but they made an exception so I wasn't scrambling for cash last minute. (Thank you so, so much!)
When I went to pick up the car, I noticed that my rear view mirror wasn't moving (the wiring wasn't attached properly or the replacement was defective). Even though I had already paid and signed off on the car, they apologized profusely and immediately went to rectify the situation by replacing the mirror the same day (including painting a black mirror so it would match!) so I could still take the car home that day. It was clear how much they value customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how you react to it as a business that truly makes all the difference. Thank you - my car looks like it was just driven off the lot!
