Convenient because they are open on the weekends. At first, I thought this might be a great spot for me, but after several red flags, I won't be coming here again. My first meeting was when I needed a starter. R & A was open on a Saturday, so I had my car towed there, and by Sunday, it was fixed. Several months passed by, and my car died. Being it was a Friday night, I took it to R &A. They explained my fly wheel and starter went. I asked why my starter would go so soon. I literally just had you guys do it. They claimed the starter is out of warranty. Made no sense to me, but I just want my car. So i figured I'm at 15% for the next oil change. I'll let them do it, and it was done. For several weeks, I would notice my check engine light would come on. R &A would say cold weather, but then after several months, my vsa, caution, and engine lights would turn on. They replaced the vsa with a junk yard part. My battery terminal was loose, and they placed a screw to hold it together. My car would basically accelerate and brake while driving. Several times I would leave my car with R & A thus having me to rent several car rentals (which I paid for) and missing days of work, then I was told basically the engine was giving out, and nothing else could be done. After a month went by, I decided to see what the Honda dealership would offer, but then I thought I paid for a systems check. The final result was that the wrong oil was placed inside my car, thus causing it to act up the way it did. What R & A did was wrong, and for that, I am completely done with this place. The gentlemen were friendly, but nearly ruining my car was unacceptable.

Ali is Amazing So kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Came in for an issue that another mechanic told us would cost $500. They CORRECTLY diagnosed the problem (which was something much smaller) and charged $0 . So grateful for their honesty, good character and A1 service! 💛 always recommend

Shair & Ali are amazing. R& A auto care is helpful, provides friendly and attentive customer service, and are very careful and considerate. They go above and beyond and do more than what is needed.
