I cannot say enough good things about Dr K and the office. They ALL go above and beyond. I found Dr K when she was working as one of the docs in my last vets office. After she left I searched for her for months (because the office couldn't/wouldn't give me info about where she went) until finally, I found her and immediately switched to her new practice. She tries to get the root of the problem, not just treat the symptoms and honestly I'd have her for my own doctor if I could. I drive 35m to see her, and I'd honestly drive further.

After years of searching for the right vet for my Goldendoodle, I was referred to Dr. Kristen by my neighbor. After reading her glowing reviews, I added my pup to the waitlist, which was a few months long. Once we finally got off the list, I scheduled an appointment for my puppy, who had been excessively licking his paws.

The facility was stunning—spotless, welcoming, and had such a positive vibe. The decor was charming, including a cute photo op flower wall with a neon sign that totally won me over. The staff was incredible, warm, and friendly, instantly making me feel at ease before I even met Dr. Kristen. Right away, I knew my search for a forever vet was over.

Dr. Kristen was wonderful—so kind, patient, and thorough. She took the time to answer all my questions without rushing and showed impressive knowledge. I could tell she genuinely cared for my dog, especially by how she interacted with him. Her exam was thorough, and she provided clear, detailed instructions on how to address his issues. I also appreciated that she favors holistic and natural methods, rather than immediately pushing conventional treatments.

As someone who is very selective about my dog’s care, I can confidently say I’ve finally found the perfect place. The clean facility, compassionate staff, and a doctor whose love for animals shines through have made all the difference.

The front desk staff was so attentive and sweet, which is rare to find. They even took my dog’s first visit photo, and he got to pick out a toy! I’m finally able to relax, knowing I’ve found a place that feels like home for us.

Dr. Kristen and her staff are PHENOMENAL! They’re kind, compassionate and truly care to give your pets the best of the best. I’ve been to a few vets in the state since living here but will follow Dr. Kristin anywhere she goes because she’s honest and goes out of her way to find the best solutions. I so appreciate her ability to mix holistic medicine with modern medicine where and when necessary. My dogs are happier and healthier under her care.

I rescued a dog near legacy animal hospital. The doctor was great & very accommodating. Dr sent prescription to Walgreens near my home which is 1 1/2 from clinic. Dr worked with humane society in Texas where pup came from. She is heartworm positive so we started a 60 day journey. So far all good. Very professional & accommodating & they text! Very happy. Reina is doing very well!

I recently brought my neices kitten here. My neice has a crazy schedule and had to reschedule her appointment 3 times. They were very understanding and accommodating each time we had to reschedule. I walked into a clean waiting area and was immediately greeted by the receptionist. After we finished check in, we waited for about 15-20 min. Once it was our turn, the vet technician asked detailed questions about what was going on and the reason for the visit. Since the dr wasn't feeling well she wasn't seeing humans for the day, she called immediately after seeing our cat (while I was still in the office) and went over our concerns and what we could do. I left having all my concerns addressed and the medicine needed for my furry friend. All in all, it was a smooth visit and I will definitely be coming back again.
