Great place to rent a vehicle.
The employees are friendly and professional,
They make sure the rentals are clean and in good running condition.
I highly recommend this rental place to everyone.
Not much about car repairs are convenient or easy. But the rental hub was simple, set up and taken care of by the dealership, oh and they’re open until 6pm on weekdays!
Had to get work done on my car, and they nicely scheduled me for a time when they would have a loaner available.
I got to try the Hyundai ioniq 6 which I really enjoyed. No muss, no fuss. I will return to this dealership next time I need work done on my car.
Recently, I had a few issues with my vehicle that I purchased at Lester Glenn. I was very fortunate enough that there was a rental not once, but twice available to me. The staff at the rental company,( hi John, and hi Katelyn) are wonderful! I cannot forget about Lou, the valet driver, who helped me get to and from the rental hub. These individuals are great at what they do, and they made the rental process a breeze!
Good people. Easy to work with. No surprises. Only issue is that it is difficult to secure a vehicle. Availability is limited and not an option in many circumstances..
