I had surgery scheduled for the very near future and needed preadmission testing done ASAP so my PCP and my surgeon could both get the results in time for my appointments with them. I called my regular service that I used A LOT (my rehab had used them) and they were like "you're kidding" and said I would have to change my next-day testing appointment. I wasn't about to change that appointment, so I called Quest Medical Transport, who I'd never used before. I just found them on Google. The dispatcher I spoke to was absolutely lovely. I called almost in tears from the stress of the situation, but she calmed me down very compassionately. Not only was Quest able to accommodate me, they arrived a few minutes early the next morning, so I got to my appointment with time to spare. The ambulette was spotless and looked new, and the driver, Kenny, was friendly,professional and courteous, didn't drive like a maniac (I was in a wheelchair), knew where he was going, and got me there so quickly I couldn't believe it. The whole round-trip process was seamless. If you really need to get to your appointment on time and without stress, give Quest a call. They are wonderful. The appointment I had dreaded missing went perfectly. I recommend Quest without reservation.
