We recently bought a 2019 Mercedes GLC 300 from Certified Headquarters Lou was our sales agent. This is our second car we have purchased from this company and we only wanted to deal with Lou. The reason being is this. 5 years ago we purchased a Cadillac SRX from him, the experience with Lou is bar none! He is an expert at his craft because he doesn’t “SELL” you the car he makes sure you “LOVE” the car then he will let you know if he feels confident putting you in a car with foreseeable problems or not. He had the customer’s best interest at heart and he is 100% honest, transparent, trustworthy, down to earth, and just downright AMAZING! He felt like blood, family! I will always return to Lou. We love him and only him. Another thing I want to point out is in the 5 years we’ve had the caddy, IT NEVER BROKE DOWN! No major repairs EVER! So Lou put us into a strong car for my family. I've never experienced customer service this great when purchasing a car until I went to Certified Headquarters. I spent two months looking for a new car, and just when I thought I wasn't going to get anything that suited my needs, Certified Headquarters had a great selection of vehicles to choose from and really good financing rates.

I purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid from Robert, and I love it more than the last car I owned. My Camry drives like a dream. I had an amazing experience working with Rob at Certified HQ Dealership on middle country road !!! From the moment I walked in I really admired how humble and patient they were, unlike most dealerships that come attacking you at the door before u can even walk in.
Rob was so friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car that fit my needs and budget. He did way more then average & even came in on his day off to help make this jeep wrangler mine. Not only did he do his best to get the price down way more then any other place did but once the owner Bryan spoke to his bankers he completely amazed me by how much lower they ended up getting the price down to , I truly couldn’t believe it ( especially compared to all the other quotes we had gotten previously ) The entire process was smooth and stress-free — from the test drive to the paperwork.
