Great experience. Brought my car in for a recall- service was quick- I ended up waiting - although they offered several options to match my schedule. My service advisor, Joe, was excellent- he checked me in quickly, kept me informed and had me on my way as quickly as possible. I also met his manager - very knowledgeable and accommodating. Excellent car buying experience from the moment you Walk into the dealership when you’re Greeted with a nice smile by the receptionist. I worked with a few salesman and they were all very professional, knowledgeable,straightforward, and honest I did not feel any sales pressure or intimidation at all. They understood what my needs were and gave me good advice on my purchase. I would highly recommend working with this dealership. It is obvious that they strive to have very high standards.
I bought my wife a Genesis GV70 and will say this has been the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had by far! From the moment you walk into the beautiful clean showroom you know they're different. Our sales assistant Anthony Quintilla was amazing in every aspect throughout the process. The owner of the entire company took the time out of his busy schedule to come and introduce himself and he is the most genuine, down to earth man you'll ever meet. Finally got the SUV I’ve wanted GV70 Prestige. It’s stunning and great car. Feels luxurious and affordable at the same time. I’ve had it only for a few days and is enjoying the smooth ride.
