Charles was knowledgeable and referred me to Kim Deasy, who was an amazing Sales Specialist. She took the time and patience to get a better understanding of what I was looking for in an SUV. She explained the vehicle’s features and ensured that I was familiarized with all the options before I left the lot. Also, thanks to Charlie Polizzano for assisting me with the purchase process. He explained the financing options and paperwork thoroughly, making the final steps seamless.
