Great experience with AJ! He sold me a very clean Honda CR-V and was honest and professional throughout the process. When I picked up the car, we noticed the windshield washer fluid wasn’t working, and AJ immediately had his onsite mechanic fix it on the spot. I just had the most amazing experience selling my car to them! I started with Kelly Blue Book and was instantly reached out to by Brandon. I sent him some photos and went over some further details then what was submitted online and he contacted me back a short while later with an offer that was better the Carvana and had a much more personal touch to the deal. It was such a pleasure working with him. He was incredibly kind and patient since it was our first time selling a car this way. So we had a lot of questions. The process was so easy and seemed too good to be true, but it was! They came right to me for the pick-up, and Gerry, their driver, was also so nice and professional. I’m already recommending them and planning to use them again in the future!

Bought my daughter her first car, an X3 from this dealer. Sales process was easy and had it shipped to me in NJ. Car was everything promised.

Within a hundred miles or so, the fuel pump went out. (Common issue and tend to go without warning on these cars). Dennis stepped up and sent me the parts at no cost.

Moral of the story, these guys did the right thing when they didn’t have to. I would happily use them again.
