I talked to the owner for about 30 or 40 minutes on the phone about cars and just different things. I've never met him in person, but right off the bat, his personality and aura gave off the impression of a trustworthy, straight-shooter, "from the hip" kind of guy—and he definitely proved to be exactly that.

While the purchase itself wasn't big or expensive, I still had to take him at his word that the car was in good shape, drivable, had no rust, and nothing was wrong with it—and he absolutely delivered!

I can't even begin to describe the level of professionalism, courtesy, and quick response time. I called the owner at 8:00 in the morning, and the car was registered, insured, and legally on the road by 11:00 AM. That's efficiency!
