My daughter’s car was totaled so we went back to Smith Haven Mazda because of the experience we had the first time. They couldn’t have been more gracious, helpful and efficient. Scott and the team including David with finance went above and beyond for us. No tricks, added fees or nonsense. Left the same day with the car we wanted 4 hours later with the best deal possible. I’d NEVER go to any other dealership on Long Island. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

What an incredibly pleasant surprise we had dealing with Dennis at Smith Haven Mazda.
We had our eye on a 2022 CX-5 Carbon Edition SUV for our college grad daughter, and our research said their price was reasonable, especially since it's a Certified Preowned (CPO) car.
Smith Haven's advertising goes overboard to convince you they don't charge any of the ridiculous fees and add-ons that other dealers still surprise customers with.
The skeptic in me kept waiting for the other shoe to drop.
First, when Dennis started to prepare the paperwork.
Then, when the manager came in to say hello (I turned to my wife and said, "Here we go...) But guess what? He genuinely said hello, thanked us for our business and confirmed that the pricing that was advertised online was 100% all-in.
After decades of having my blood pressure spike within minutes of interacting with the dealership's sales staff or the dreaded "Finance Manager" our experience was so relaxed, quick and professional, we can't say anything other than:
