Lila's Fritay & Pie

Great slices of pizza but the traditional fritay place and black mushroom rice (diri djon djon) was awesome as well. Had the kremas milkshake and wow!

I visited Lila’s Fritay & Pie recently — they’ve only been open for about a month, and it’s already clear they’re doing things right. The place was very clean, from the dining area to the kitchen view, which made me feel comfortable bringing my family. The staff greeted us warmly, helped us understand the menu, and were genuinely friendly and attentive throughout the meal.

We ordered a pie (and some sides) and everything came out fresh, nicely presented, and tasted delicious. It’s always impressive when a new spot opens and hits the ground running with excellent service and quality food.

If you’re in Elizabeth and looking for a new pizza place with good vibes and solid customer service, definitely give Lila’s a try. I’ll be going back!

The food was amazing. As a pizza lover this is my top five favorite pizzas. So good and flavored.

I drove 50 minutes for the griot pizza and it did NOT disappoint! It wasn't fatty, veggies well cooked & the crust was flavorful. The djon djon rice was great for someone who doesn't like spicy food, and the staff was very kind! I will most definitely return.

We ordered the Griot pizza. Tasted good but it was definitely missing something. The music videos playing on the TV were kinda of inappropriate being that there were kids present. Overall I still plan on coming back to try the other items on the menu.
