    We have been tenants at Lopatin Place for about 15 years. The place is very conveniently located and in good shape. The best part is the very considerate and nice landlord - Mr. Jay Lopatin.

    We have been tenants at Lopatin Place for the past 8 years or so and have had a great experience. We rented 8 smaller rooms and 3 big rooms. All the rooms are nice with great lighting, air, and heat. Big Parking lot. Convenient location on route 18 right off Route 9 around the corner from Wawa, starbucks and Dunkin... and across the street from Walmart!
    The owner Mr. Lopatin is a super nice person and a pleasure to work with.
