George and Alfonso are great to work with, charge a fair price and are responsive. I had a clog in the main sewer. Called one of the big guys and got the run around (while being charged); I was told to avoid using water. George and Alfonso arrived and had the clog cleared within 30 minutes! They told me how to prevent this in the future and the price was fair. They even cleaned the work area.
Absolutely most nicest man. George came out to my commercial laundry business and unclogged the sewer for us. He arrived within the 2 hour window like he had promised and did the job quick. He asked us to run all the machine to make sure the water was running good before writing up the bill.

I was referred to Macaulay Sewer Service by another plumber I trust, but who does not handle snaking lines. George and his assistant Alfonso were both very professional. George is a great guy, upfront and honest, and happy to share knowledge that I'll find helpful in the future. Our backed up sink line put up a fight, but they cleared it very effectively. I definitely recommend Macaulay for any plumbing backup needs!

I give high praise to Macaulay's Sewer Service. A few days ago, I used the Service for the first time. I had a clogged toilet that neither the snake or plunger would unclog. When I made the phone call, I asked his fee; he recommended, rather than give a quote, that he would make a house call, at no charge, to determine the problem before setting the price. He checked the toilet and said that the problem had resolved itself over time. I got out my checkbook to pay him for his time but he refused to take any payment. He is knowledgeable, generous, and has integrity.
