Mike called me back and showed up when he promised. He got the heat working and diagnosed the main problem. He also advised some updates we need to do to make the system more efficient.
This is the second time Mike and crew restored our hot water. They fixed our older water heater in 2020 and we got another five years out of it. This week on Sunday it broke for good and he had the new one installed within 24 hours. So nice and professional (AND returns phone calls!) - I can't recommend them enough.
