I'm very happy to have found Marketplace Computers recently after the tech that used to work on my computers closed his business. I saw that this place had five stars in Google reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. Couldn't have turned out better. I have an HP laptop that was working very slowly and not holding a charge. I gave a call and spoke with Alex who suggested I bring it in so he could take a look at it. He ordered and replaced the battery and put in a new drive and now the computer works like new. He also moved some files from one computer to another for me. I had the computers back in a few days. Alex is knowledgeable and reliable, and his prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend.
They are the absolute best. I brought a new computer from them because my old one was a dinosaur. They worked effortlessly to put all my stuff from my old computer on to my new one. They kept running in to problems because as I said my old one was a dinosaur but they never lost patience with me when I didn't understand the computer jargon. They answered all my questions and keep working to make everything work out. I would recommend this place to everyone!!! They even fix screens!! Will definitely be back for all my computer needs!!
Jose, Alex, and Damien are the best! Exceptional customer service with white glove service. I asked for my desktop to be built and they completed with windows 11 installed and it was up and running within 24 hours. It works flawlessly! The build is super clean and professionally handled. I would trust this group with all my future projects. A huge thank you from a satisfied customer!!
The owner Alex is super knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff + cares about customers! Jose helped us with everything and even paid the tax on the pc!! Got a really good gaming pc with great specs for an amazing price. Plus 1 year warranty and service!! Great experience here definitely check them out :)
