This is our families second Mercedes GLS 450 but my first review of any automobile dealership. Usually you get mediocre service at best and leave the dealership feeling underwhelmed. Considering how expensive a car is now, and that you only buy them every 4-6 years (at least us), you'd hope for more. This was our first time using MB of Princeton and are so glad we did. We had an amazing experience working with the salesperson assigned to us, Arno. He told us that he'd been with the dealership for years and it showed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the brand, the vehicle we were looking at, and all of the options. He was very patient with us as we built the car with him and he made the entire process seamless. The pick up of the car went very well when it was ready and they took a lot of time to ensure that we were very comfortable with all the advanced tech. I'd highly recommend using this dealership due to their attention to detail, friendliness, and knowledge of the brand!
Arno is fantastic! He helped me custom build a beautiful GLS with everything I wanted. His knowledge is outstanding and his customer service is superb.
