Normally the service advisor comes out and explain any issues or services needed. This time I was given the paperwork as I checked out. I read the service plan in my car, only to come back in to asked what was most important to get done soon. I felt unappreciated as a customer or dismissed. I’ve never felt that way before. I’ve always had great customer service there as a Cadillac owner. Which, is why I love being a Cadillac owner. On top of loving my car. I can say lady that took my payment was pleasant as always. She also asked me if my questions were answered when I was leaving after speaking with the service advisor Kevin for the second time or maybe the first since he never said anything the first time. I had a great professional experience at Coleman Cadillac. The friendly receptionist greeted me and assigned me a salesperson, Mario, right away. He listened to my wants and desires for my new car and wasn’t pushy like other salespeople. He was informative, communicative, and answered all my questions. I’m very excited about my 1st certified pre-owned luxury car purchase!
One of easiest and most transparent car buying experience i have had in a long time. Staff was excellent. I was not there all day haggling at all. Up front and honest with me. Very happy with my purchase.
My salesman at Coleman was Mario and he was terrific went through everything with me gave me the best deal. I could possibly get walk me through the functions on my car after my purchase also came to pick me up so I get to the dealership to get my car great place I highly recommend them and they weren’t even the closest dealership to me.
