I’ve never been there but I’m giving you 10 stars if could. You should fight that HE was being a jerk, inner you’re not the only business he did that to. SHAME on him for doing that. A REAL quilter would not give bad review unless the store warranted it. In the years I’m been involved w/quilt stores only have bad review to one store n they deserved it. 99.99 are all wonder places to shop. Reviews are not what you sell but the people who work in the store or the. Way you do business.

I have been a customer of Quilters Obsession for many years and have always been happy with .friendly, helpful service. Recently I needed to do a quilt for my grandaughter. Debbie was so helpful with getting me a doable pattern with lovely material. Delivery was quick and I couldn't have completed without her help.
Online quilt store that if you live within a few miles of, will refund delivery fee and make sure you get your order faster and safer than a mail service delivery. I bought specific yardage of materials and the $5 scrap bag. The fabric is true to its online picture color. The scraps were a wide variety of sizes and pieces from in-house quilt work they work on. I also follow Quilter's Obsession on facebook for tip and tricks and to see new patterns releasing with examples they quilt.
