Rich was incredibly informative and professional. We hired him to hook up plumbing for a new dishwasher and he noticed there were a few things wrong under the sink. He fixed those without hesitation and put in our new dishwasher. It looks beautiful! 10/10 recommend!!

I woke up to water on my floor and noticed it was my water heater.
I called a few plumbers and they refused to come to my home because of COVID 19. Virus. A few others I called quoted me an outrageous price and wouldn’t even be able to come until after 6pm. A friend recommended Burnet Plumbing, so I took the chance and called. A very friendly lady answered my call and took a message. In less than 5 minutes I got a return call from Rich and he asked me a few questions, then asked me to text a photo of my existing water heater to him. I did that and he called me right back with a very reasonable quote for the job. He was at my house in less than 45 minutes, removed the old water heater and installed the new one. Very professional, prompt, friendly &reliable service! I highly recommend Burnet Plumbing! I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs from now on.
