We had a great field trip today ♡ Pumpkin patch was cute and age appropriate. Staff was extremely sweet and accommodating
I enjoyed my visit. The preserves and butter made for this store are good. There are plenty of entertainment options for kids. There is a good size parking lot. Stall keepers are friendly and helpful.

Ideal Farms has been a family tradition for over 40 years! From the haunted halls (used to be the haunted house) to rolling down the hills to get the pumpkins to buying our warm freshly made donuts, it’s bitter sweet to see all that has changed. We don’t see the RIP tomb stones on the hay ride anymore but the kids still enjoy taking part in the yearly traditions and so I’m grateful that even on the difficult state our economy is in, you all do your best to stay in business.
I will say one of the newer employees that was the cashier when my family bought the donuts was unnecessarily rude to both my sisters. It’s one dozen per person ordering, but while the person in front of my sister had no issue ordering two dozen, my sister was given a hard time. Makes me wonder… why was that 🤔
I’ve bought some great houseplants, annual plants, pumpkins, and Christmas ornaments at Ideal in the past few years, but my DIY wedding bouquet may be my favorite! I made it using zinnias from the u-cut flower field and bloom spikes from the coleus I picked up there earlier this season. Love the beautiful things available at Ideal!
