United Rent All

We used United Rent All this past weekend for my daughters wedding - they were very accommodating, everything was delivered on time, all items were in great shape - didn't have to worry about one thing!!!! Highly Recommend!!!!

United Rent All was EXTREMELY accommodating with some very last minute changes surrounding my wedding day. I cannot thank them enough for the diligence and care they showed me. I recommend them to everyone.

We used URA for all the rentals for our backyard wedding - tents, tables, chairs, linens, place settings and glassware. It went off without a hitch and I would definitely use them again!

Brandi from United Rental was the most helpful and fun person to work with through out my entire wedding process. Every change that needed to be made was done straight away, she always answered emails and the company even dropped off everything conveniently the night of our rehearsal day. Everyone was very sweet and I have no complaints at all. Would recommend to anyone! They're "show room" is so fun to play around with stuff and rearrange how you'd want your wedding tables and picking out colors/schemes.

The delivery and set up of the 20 x20 tent went off without issue. The party was great and ended around 7pm Saturday evening. It rained that evening. It wasn't a torrential rain there was a steady rain which at times was heavy. No lightning or wind. The tent collapsed. The tent is not made for water to run off. Instead it pooled in the corners till it became to heavy bent the pole and sent the middle and center connecting poles slamming down and embedding themselves about 6 inches into the ground. So glad the party was over and no one was under there as it could of been a nightmare. When I called the company Monday morning she advised me the tent made for shade only and not for rainy weather. That I could of used a broom to knock off the water from the corners. As I do understand that the tent may not be meant for downpours or storms it should not collapse from rain only. The company should design the tent to allow rain to roll off and to even say the renter should use a broom to knock off the rain is absurd. People rent tents for their parties for shade and use in case it rains. It was never made clear when ordering this tent was shade only or that it would collapse and be a danger if there was an inch of rain. The lawn is damaged and we spent the next day watching it to make sure it didn't collapse further and damage the fence or shed nearby. If you are in need of a reliable and safe tent for a party please rent it from somewhere else.
