My experience was outstanding and could not have been better. The delivery workers were punctual, efficient, skillful, courteous, and most importantly, gentle with the merchandise & careful with my house. The delivery was VERY impressive. Additionally, our in-store interior designer consultant Ali came to the house to direct the deliverers where to position each piece. She was exceptionally wonderful, showing great care, aesthetic sensibility and outstanding attention to detail. Overall, based on this experience, I would not hesitate to buy furniture again from Suburban.
Great place to shop for furniture and bedding. Service was excellent and personalized. Lisa is a great person who listens to the customer and isn’t a high pressure salesperson. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. Their products are extremely interesting and beautiful. We immediately returned to make our purchase after comparing with other vendors.
Our Rep Debbie, was knowledgeable, amicable, personable, and a true pleasure to work with. Debbie’s understanding and willingness to help achieve our needs and wants was ,simply put second to None! Recently bought a new couch, love seat and chair for 2 of our rooms. Our sales lady Debi was great. Very helpful and always gives us a personal experience. She sold us a bedroom set and we decided to make another appt with her for his last time.
Furniture is reasonably priced and good quality.
