Had my first class at the studio, my instructor was Jasmine, who was absolutely terrific! Jasmine created a safe space for everyone in class, students at all levels, as she guided us through an innovative and challenging flow. Would highly recommend her and can't wait for my next class with her!
I attended a yoga class at The Good Life fitness studio and had a wonderful experience. Jasmine was our yoga instructor- I am so impressed! She has a wonderful ability to make everyone feel comfortable, regardless of experience level. Her instruction is clear and thoughtful. For anyone looking for a welcoming and inspiring yoga experience, I highly recommend taking her class!
A beautiful studio!! I took jasmine swami’s class and I had the best time! I can tell she has a deep understanding of yoga and the practice and she is so thorough. It’s also so much fun and she kept it challenging, I can’t wait for the next one!
I can't say enough good things about how well this studio is run! The owners typically take classes with you, so they are always there to help or respond to texts immediately! Melissa's restorative yoga refills my soul with her love and passion for making it an incredibly relaxing experience. Sunday's slow flow with Anita is simply delightful, and I just started vinyasa flow with Jasmine, an extremely creative and talented instructor. The devotion that the owners have to making this such a happy and affordable place for us to practice, is so appreciated!
I feel like this place has potential. But there is no way that they will survive with the way they are currently running their business.
No early morning or late evening classes? People work….and with the prices that they charge?
Also, to not have a variety of leveled classes? I joined as it’s promoted as a group workout experience. The instructors were not very welcoming as I am a beginner and to only have a few other “catty” more experienced women in the class made it hard to learn as the instructor was picking me out and constantly correcting me. I am a visual learner and want to see the positions in the mirror to learn.
