I'm very pleased with the services overall! I decided to go with Luis because of his professionalism and sincere customer service. I'm very glad I did because his service to me was top of the line: professional, easy to communicate, on time, efficient, sincere and mostly, did the nice job! Amazing product, installation and customer service! My husband and I recently renovated our house and needed a shower door and glass for a 5’ long span. We found Glass & Tile Works through a Google search, and based on the reviews my husband and I decided to reach out. Luis was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and professional, and with competitive pricing to boot we decided to move forward. The day of the install Luis and his coworker took such care to protect our floors with plenty of drop cloths (without us even asking). Luis and his coworker worked incredibly hard, did an excellent job with the installation, and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.
Luis from Glass and Tile Works just finished installing a brand new frameless shower door in our upstairs bath, and we couldn't be happier with the result. He had very reasonable rates and incredible attention to detail. He was communicative and prompt. All around great experience!
