Service was already closed when I was walking back to speak about my car I was picking up after being serviced. My seats were covered in a black dye, not sure how, probably from having it delivered with the seats down (I only had the car for one month), and the service only replaced the cushion. I did not know the back seat rest had to be specified as well. Chris was so helpful and nice. This was after work hours, he helped me wipe down my seat and let me know to book another service appointment specifying what needed to be done. Thank you so much Chris and the Tesla team!
We previously had an issue that was resolved after the service department got a new manager (Collin). For the first time in 3 years, the customer service we got felt like we were actually valued. Thank you Collin and Ryan for helping us, we greatly appreciate you!
