I've been going to Mark for years. Over the years, he has serviced 5 of our family cars and 1 truck. Always reasonably priced and reliable.

I am writing this with gratitude- Mark’s Auto Maintenance is a true gem in our community! In my decades of driving high mileage servicing my family’s vehicles throughout the metro NY NJ area…they are the most superb diagnosticians- reliable, trustworthy, honest and on top of all of that extremely fair pricing. I even stopped going to fast lube places so they can monitor and maintain the health of my cars at every oil change.

Trustworthy, reliable, and affordable Mark’s Auto is my only mechanic. Senior and Junior have treated me like family since I moved into town without faltering at service.

Being treated as part of his family has lengthened the lifetime of my vehicles. This is do in part , Senior and Junior are kept up to date with their certifications and knowledge of popular driven models, exports, and classics.

Mark's Auto Repair is a few blocks from home. We have been bringing our vehicles there for about 30 years!! Mark is VERY competent and honest.
Recently, we had our Subaru Impreza towed in after my son experienced what seemed like an engine failure on a major highway. He managed to limp the car to the shoulder and saw a large puddle of oil. We thought the engine was blown. The car had been serviced and an oil change performed by a local dealer. They neglected to secure the oil drain plug properly. Mark reported that the drain plug was MISSING!?!?
I was charged for an oil change and the drain plug.
Perhaps another less reputable business would have gouged me for a much greater sum.
Mark and company are decent competent and hard working. I highly recommend this business.

Stumbled across Mark's Auto when looking for a new mechanic after getting played by a couple other places and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop. From the second I dropped off my truck, Mark kept me constantly updated with what repairs needed to be made, took the time to explain to me what he was doing, how much it would cost, etc etc. Had my truck back within 24 hrs. Friendly staff, definitely honest hardworking people. Glad I found them, will definitely be using them again for future repairs.
