I came in needing help removing two rings that I couldn’t get off due to swelling in my finger, and Sose and Zander went absolutely above and beyond. They were so patient, kind, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They never gave up and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Their compassion and personal attention truly stood out and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. I couldn't say more wonderful things about Massoyan Jewelers. I came into the store the day before my wedding because I had found two very sentimental pieces that day that I wanted to incorporate into my wedding day jewelry. Lori had the idea to attach the locket that my dad gave me to the bracelet that was my grandmothers. It came out SO beautiful. Under the shortest notice ever Lori made this happen within hours & because of her I not only had the opportunity to wear it on my wedding day but I now wear it all the time!
