So happy with the service- family owned business. They were so friendly and professional
Had a necklace fixed - would definitely go back. They have been in business for 40 years and I had never heard about them but I will be sure to recommend.

Stopped into the Jeweler's Workbench in Park Ridge this afternoon and met the owner, Paul, and his colleague, Billy. I was in the store with my Dad --- looking for a new watchband.

They had exactly what we needed...an XL size...in the color and style that is perfect! Not an easy feat, if you've ever searched for XL watchbands before.

It was a pleasure to visit with them and learn of such an excellent and qualified jeweler right in town. They do repair work as well as sales. The shop is just behind Burger King off Kinderkamack Rd, and worth the stop.

Thanks Paul and Billy for taking such great care of us today!

We've been customers of The Jeweler's Workbench for many years. Recently I bought a gold name necklace I saw on Esty as a gift. I asked the seller to see a photo of what it would look like before I purchased it (which I didn't get) and when I received the necklace, two of the letters had weird trailing tails that made the name hard to read. I was heartbroken. I took the necklace to The Jeweler's Workbench and Paul was able to cut the extra pieces off while I waited. Now it looks PERFECT! Lesson learned: Stay away from buying online and always go to The Jeweler's Workbench! Many thanks to Paul for saving the day!

I walked in and fell in love with the store and multi generational family that owns/runs it. I purchased a gorgeous sapphire bracelet for my sister, pricing was fantastic & the customer service phenomenal. I will definitely be going back.

There is nowhere better in the area. The staff (paul and billy) helped me find a new setting for an engagement ring. The diamond was a family heirloom and they were amazing, and we were able to make this amazing, one of a kind engagement ring for my wife! We also purchased our wedding wings with JW and the experience was amazing—paul found us a better price on the gold to make the ring and got us the wedding rings for below the price we had discussed. We’re on a first name basis with paul and billy and they’ve been so amazing with helping to keep the rings looking their best. If you are looking for a jeweler for a special piece, look no further
