I’ve been going to Dawn more than 15 years. I know that I can trust her to really listen and ask the right questions. She always offers honest advice, based on her many years of experience.

Dawn brings so much positive energy to each appointment—whether we laugh together or cry together, it’s like catching up with an old friend who also happens to be a highly skilled professional. I’m so glad I have stayed with her over many years. I have never been disappointed and I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else. Highly recommend!

Dawn is simply the best. She does a wonderful job at everything. Her salon is adorable. She is very efficient. Everyone looks excellent when they leave her salon.

I cannot say enough great things about Dawn! I travel two hours each way just to see her! She’s been my hair stylist and colorist for over 20 years. She is so talented, detail-oriented, and always makes me look and feel beautiful. She also listens to what I ask for which I appreciate! On a personal level, Dawn has the kindest heart and cares about her clients. I always look forward to seeing her again. Highly recommend!

Dawn gave my children their very first haircuts, while they wriggled in their stroller. Recently, she cut their hair for their weddings. They would not trust their hair to anyone but Dawn for their big day! One visit to her salon, and you are family; Dawn treats you as if you are one of your own. You simply will not find a better, more caring, professional and knowledgeable person than her! She truly listens, and more importantly, knows how to translate what you want into what you will have! I was just reflecting about my day and when I think back to my hair appointment this afternoon it was more like having a lunch date with a friend! The space is so inviting and intimate and you are the only customer in there so you have Dawn's undivided attention! She knows my hair so well, did perfect highlights and I got my chin and lip waxed as well! I am totally loving the experience of going to Metropolitan Hair Boutique. Can't wait until next time!
