The Dentist/owner is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, caring and explains very clearly, whatever the situation is with your teeth. The staff, is very professional, friendly and caring as well. Karen, usually assist with my dental work. She is amazing and makes me very comfortable. I drive an hour away, because I love it here and trust the dentist/owner. Its a Very relaxed atmosphere.
If there are any bad reviews on this dental office, it's because of the last ownership/management they were called MIDDLETOWN FAMILY DENTAL.. The new owner is 1 of the BEST. The practice is now called PREMIER DENTAL. I truly appreciate his work! I would highly recommend this dental office.

Forget everything you remember about the old Middletown Family Dental, this place has completely transformed under new ownership and staff. Dr. Nik is incredibly professional, kind, and takes the time to explain everything from start to finish, which really helps put you at ease. His dental hygienist was so gentle I barely even noticed I was getting a cleaning!
The front desk staff is also amazing and welcoming.
I highly recommend checking out the new and improved practice at Premiere Dental—you won’t be disappointed!
I came here for an emergency visit because my regular dentist was closed. I have to say the reviews i read DO NOT match the business. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor were efficient helpful and pleasant. After my appointment about a week later they called to let me know that the work I needed was approved by my insuranxe
My regular dentist was never able to get the procedure approved and they did! I was so grateful and I've been coming back ever since. My children also love the hygienist who is patient and thorough. My experience every time
I go is 5 stars. Side note as far as medicaid offices go this office was beautiful. If you're looking give them a chance!
Dr. jaxx has mad skills! Only took 1 novacaine injection & 10 minutes to fix the hole in my front tooth. Now, after my appointment, you can't even tell it was ever there! Highly Recommended!
