John is very very accommodating, professional and sympathetic. He helped us through the process step by step in a very patient manner. He made a very difficult process easy.
We used M.J. Murphy funeral home for my Dad many years ago and for my Mom this past week. They are an exceptional funeral home to work with. John Oliveti made the process much less stressful and was very easy to work with. No high pressure sales tactics at all. Just got exactly what Mom wanted. I highly recommend M.J. Words cannot express how thankful my family and I are for Anthony and his staff. Within 30 min of my Dad’s passing, Anthony personally came to the long term care facility to bring my dad to the funeral parlor and then prepared and dressed him so we could sit with him privately. Anthony coordinated every aspect of the funeral…finding clergy and arranging every detail with the cemetery. He was in constant contact with us prior to the funeral checking in to see how we were doing and reassuring us that everything was taken care. He attended the funeral making sure that everything went as it should, which it did. He even personally delivered the death certificate to my mom a few days later. Anthony is incredibly compassionate and perfectly suited for his profession. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Anthony.
This Funeral Home could not have made such a difficult process any easier for our family. My Mother passed away at home and from the moment we contacted them without any advanced planning all the way through her burial, they were so helpful, respectful and compassionate. They have a beautiful facility and I could not be more impressed with how they made an experience that was so difficult and unknown to me seem to run so organically. There is nothing I can say to convey how happy we were with EVERY aspect of my father’s funeral. John was extremely helpful and genuinely cared about making sure WE were happy with everything.
