Very spacious library with great collection of books and so many desks to work.

Visually, the library is nice, clean and spacious. Very well stocked on a variety of books. However, I’m giving this library 3 stars bc of how noisy it is ! What happened to libraries being a quiet place to read or study? The staff are always chatting and gossiping at the front desks loudly and allow other library members to talk like they’re out to brunch or in a Starbucks. They don’t care to ask someone to please be quiet. I can’t stand being in that library for more than 15 minutes because of it.

It has been a long time since I have been. In fact when asked about what address I used to live at for my Library Card I had to review a few former locals. Like 25 years ago. The fact that I can go back that far is scary in itself. That is for another post.
The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I needed to print a few emails. It really was a great visit and will consider going back sooner. There may not be a lot more 25+ years for me to wait.
    Well worth the visit

Nice selection of new books but the librarians are quite rude to kids and their parents. Children shouldnt be asked to leave a library because they talk a little loud. Put up doors and hire some professional and kind staffers. Most are nice but some are mean! Also I wish they would give patrons access to book sale first instead of letting used booksellers take over the local book sale. Many locals not happy with this library and unfortunately I'm now one of them. Joined a private library that we love!

This is a good well-stocked library and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are a good amount of seating areas, and a few are located near outlets for working. I do suggest, though, that they start dedicating space to QUIET areas, and not just with signs. Other libraries have designated rooms (with doors) that allow patrons to work or study without hearing tutoring sessions, people on phones, etc. There is certainly enough room in this lovely library to dedicate to this, and I'm surprised that as modern as this space is, they haven't done this yet. It's currently hard to sit and concentrate here, as there's constant chatter (from patrons and staff). Other than that, it's a nice library and spread out.
