Montgomery Dog Park

It's ok. My dog loves it. No one seems to work the field. Lot of bumps in the grass as you are walking. Many people don't always use the bags to pick up after their dog. Other parks offer solar lighting so you can still be there around dawn.

this dog park has one area for smaller dogs and another for larger dogs. both areas are good sized and very clean. it seems to be a popular dog park. there are covered areas. there is a nice playground for children next to dog park and beginning of walking trail.

Great secluded dog park. 2 separate pens, plenty of shade and benches. Lots of room for the dogs to run and quite clean. The people here do a decent job of keeping on top of their dogs. Haven't had a bad experience here yet.

This is my go-to dog park hands down in the area. Not over crowded, by a long shot. Actually it's usually empty if I'm being honest BUT I prefer that to the high volume of dogs at other parks (like Colonial). Less dogs means less incidents/fights, less waste not being picked up by inattentive owners, less chance for transmission of sickness/disease...you get the idea. The park is located behind the Montgomery police station, on Covert Drive, which has recently been opened up to access rather than having to get on 206 and drive through the PD lot. They have a nice and big area for dogs to play and it is no so crowded. They are building up a kids playground next to it. We love taking our dog to this dog park.
