Montgomery Evangelical Free Church

Sometimes its not what a church has that makes it good/attractive but what it doesn't have. What I like. . . No concert chaos, worship music is fitting to the occasion and lyrics are good. Also, no sermon chaos, I like the structured sermon messages which stay close to the Biblical text and also all male leadership/pastors.

I have been a member for a number of MEFC years. At my first attendance I was welcomed with open arms, which kept me coming back Sunday after Sunday to this warm and welcoming congregation. The Pastors, elders, deacons and deaconesses are all warm and welcoming. Attending MEFC is a pleasant experience. It’s a great Bible - based church. Go and see, you won’t be disappointed

My wife and I recently relocated to the Montgomery area in Central NJ and a friend suggested we try MEFC as a new Church home. On our first visit it was abundantly obvious that we need search no further. The Church is very welcoming and diverse with an outstanding pastoral and support staff. The music program is expertly blended and every age group has a focused ministry segment. We have been particularly blessed by the sermons each week and during the Holiday services.
After our past 3 months of attending MEFC, we can enthusiastically recommend it for anyone searching for a new church home.

We venture to this church around Halloween time annually for their lovely candy carnival for kids. The people are wonderfully friendly and inviting. If we didn't have two othet churches that we attend on a regular basis this one would definitely be on our list. They have other great events all year so the outreach is phenomenal. One year we went to their drive through Christmas nativity, which was very well done - educational without any hard recruitment. You can tell this place is well organized and well run.
