Morris County Express Car Wash

Have been coming to this car wash since it opened. I am a huge fan! It's efficient and I love that I can clean and vac my car myself! The most impressive is their customer service. My car that was part of the monthly program was stolen and in that chaos, I forgot to cancel the account. I had been paying for months without using the service. When I realized it, I went to him and he not only had empathy, but offered to credit my account for the months I paid for! There are other places to go get your car washed, but why wouldn't you go here to get your car washed, knowing it's a local business that is full of integrity....and added bonus....you don't have to get out of your car!

I've not used this wash so, my review is not about the services. I was offered a "free wash" and wanted to check the business reviews beforehand, and, I'm glad I did. There seems to be a practice of automatically signing people up for a monthly membership- even after people (claim they) said "no".
I'm not even taking the risk of giving them any cc info. Who needs the headache of fighting over a car wash?

I would leave six stars if I could! Wow! I couldn't be happier with my experience at Morris County Express Wash. My car was completely dry and spotless when it came out of the tunnels. Paul was very informative and knowledgeable when explaining the options. The new technology of this express wash is very impressive. The grounds are well-kept, and everything feels so fresh and new. The monthly plan is definitely the way to go. What a value! You definitely need to make this your car wash as well.
