I’ve recently had the chance to work with Jacob to get my computer fixed. No idea what was wrong with it, just that I kept getting this crazy black screen of death on it. Only able to do a hard restart to get it going. Jacob was able to diagnose and fix my machine easily. He was extremely professional, examined the machine and provided a clear estimate with explanation of what needed to be done. I had a few questions prior to starting the job, which were promptly and patiently answered. The machine was fixed in a timely manner and it's running great! If only all customer service was a good as Jacob's!!! I highly recommend working with him.

I have used PC Services in the past and have been very satified with his work. Two weeks ago, My computer was hacked and my Bank Acc. was involved. My computer was taken over by the hacker and also my phone. I brought my computer to PC Services and he worked on it until he was able to change pass words and set up a better protection wall, get rid of unwanted sites that the hacker had installed, and many other improvements. Jacob also went thru my cell phone and was able to delete many items that the hacker had added and only his knowledge was able to get inside the phone and get to the area where it was hidden, and also installed a protection plan. I am very amazed at the knowledge this man has!! I would definitely recommend PC Services to anyone that has issues, questions, or looking for another computer!! I had inherited a used but newer printer that I wanted to install at my home to use as needed. Jacob explored the age and brand , advised me as to a reasonable life I might get out of used printer then quoted me a reasonable cost to synchronize printer with my and my roommate's laptops and and did so at my home. He also could provide printer cartridges. As a courtesy he also checked laptops and advised on needed updates. I was very pleased with his knowledge, courtesy and price.

I was visiting the US when I broke my laptop screen. I found PC Services when searching on Google for Computer Repair Services and headed to their shop. Jacob was attentive and very positive. He understood that I only had limited time in the US and promised to repair it in 48 hours. Two days later I got a call informing me that the computer was repaired and ready to be picked up, just like it was promised. I was extremely happy with the attitude of the staff and the results of the repair.

I live overseas, and six months later, when I had a new problem with my computer, I decided to contact PC Services again. They connected to my computer remotely and diagnosed the laptop online. They then removed viruses that were found, replaced my old, trial version of my MS Office Suite (that was no longer working), with the latest version of MS Office Suite, and activeted it. They also upgraded my expired Internet Security program with a new software. Finally, they tuned-up my machine, and now it works faster than ever.

All the work was done online. I just left my computer on for the night, and 24 hours later it was in perfect working condition again. PC Services hardly required me to intervene during the process and had minimal interruption to my work schedule. The repair was completed fast and at a very reasonable price.

I have to say I was very lucky to end up with PC Services doing my repairs, as it is not easy to find a reliable service those days. I can truly say that this shop delivers trusted and professional services, and I will continue to use them whenever such a need arises.
