Lots on the walls to spark conversation. Room in the bar area has its own tables you could potentially reserve a room. Food was great, A whole bus, no complaints. Hot dog and fries was great deal. Hot dog chili had beans in it tho, for a southerner that was a surprise, but as a bean chili lover I liked it. I just ate the beans first, so it was like two meals really. They had a Full bar if that's your thing.
I go here whenever I’m back home(I moved and still consider Connecticut my home) this was the first time it was a bit of a rough visit, it was new years so it was packed beyond belief and we had to wait awhile for our table and to get our food, but again it was new years so that makes sense, the service was great especially for how packed it was and the food was as always very good, I always get the burger and the burgers here are very consistently good. The restaurant also have a pretty cool look to it.
I loved this place when I was in new york! This is a must see and a must eat! I love this place I think it's the best place there is the food was delicious and you had very large portions their menu is so vast it's hard to decide and the service was beyond excellent 👌
Stopped in to grab a corn muffin. The staff was very friendly and helpful in showing me the lunch and dinner specials. Even snagged a good deal on a mug.
This is your typical diner. They have a variety of food options. Our table of 8 received good service, and we all enjoyed our food. This is diner food- so as long as you don’t have high and unreasonable expectations, you should have a good experience too. We were a bit surprised on the prices though. The prices are definitely higher than the average diner, with the average plate being between $15-$20.
