Had a 5 star review on this place 6 years ago. It’s terrible now. $40 car wash and tipped the guys at the start $10 to vacuum it well. Car still looks like garbage.
Years ago I used to bring my Wrangler COVERED in mud and throw the guys a big tip and it would come out spotless. Now they can’t clean my wife’s car from a toddlers crumbs.
You know, I’m not one to make a lot of negative reviews on car washes because I understand that anytime a car goes through a car wash, it’s not going to come out perfect. People pay $20 for a wash and want to be treated like they paid $70 for it. I understand that $20 is not going to get anyone $70 worth of service. This is why for me, I always tend to get the premium VIP wash when I come to this car wash which happens to cost a little over $70. I also understand that $70 worth of service is not worth $200 but still. I should get whatever service I paid for. Oftentimes, I don’t feel like that happens here at this car wash.
I think every person that does the VIP wash is different and does the service differently but that’s the problem. The service should be consistent regardless of who is dealing with the car.
There’s this one guy, who is not that good. He doesn’t wipe down the interior well. I had very basic food stains that were on the passenger seat. Nothing embedded. Just dried up food. I took a simple baby wipe and the stain came right up. He also refuses to even wipe down the exterior. I get the exterior is not apart of the VIP service but when a car has just come out the car wash and has come in contact with water, if the car is not dried fast enough, water stains will be left and visible. There’s absolutely no way I should be paying $70 for a wash and be walking away with visible water stains on the car. Wiping down water stains isn’t full exterior detailing. It’s just dealing with the stains so the car looks half decent as it leaves the car wash. I’m paying $70 and I usually have to take my own towels and do the exterior which is ridiculous.
My suggestion to the consumer is to be careful getting this wash. My suggestion to the car wash is to retrain everyone who does the VIP wash on how to properly deal with someone’s car.

For the first time I when to this car wash paid ($50) for gold washes. After receiving the car the car wasn’t vacuumed properly. When I told one of the managers (bears) instead of trying to fixed the problem he told me ‘if you want your car vacuum you should paid $70 and extremely rude I get off the car go inside and told the cashier she page the manager at first was the same rude person, she page the other manager (a little older and nicer) he look at the car and get the vacuum and clean it and I thank him for his help. Imagine with the gold clean you cannot get your car clean right. It took to different managers to fix the problem. The young one should learn about customer services and dealing with people.
I gave it two stars because the others staff were friendly, and professional.
We had a great experience at this car wash! The team was very nice and helpful and they did a beautiful job on my truck. Interior and exterior wash and they did not take long. They have a soap shooting game which was a lot of fun for my littles to “wash” their own car. My truck looks almost brand new, which is a lot to say having kids so a number on it daily. Thanks for the great service, we will be back!!
