Bob was hands down the reason my experience with Motion Auto Body was truly five stars! From the moment I walked in, he made the entire process easy, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant. He provided my estimate quickly and clearly explained everything I needed to know, which I appreciated so much.

When it came to the actual work on my vehicle, the team absolutely exceeded my expectations. The quality, attention to detail, and care they put into the repair were nothing short of FLAWLESS. My car looks brand new, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Overall, Motion Auto Body delivered exceptional service from start to finish, and Bob’s professionalism and kindness made all the difference. If anyone I know ever needs an auto body shop, I will 100% recommend Motion Auto Body without hesitation!

Had a bit of minor damage that required a new front fender, flare, and adjustment. Service was very professional and quick. Was referred to them by my dealership and couldn’t be happier.

My experience with this place started out good but after having my truck over a month and when I finally got it back that’s when things started making noise (they basically had to rebuild my truck and transfer the body over to a new frame ). Too it to the Chevy dealer since I didn’t trust them to fix it after giving me multiple excuses instead of taking it back in to fix everything. Well so much for my lifetimes warranty. Worthless warranty if I have to have this place fix anything Chevy found all the problems and missing brackets and loose bolts that weren’t tightened and after almost $400 bill I paid Chevy Motion didn’t want to reimburse me for the cost. Said my truck was old and probably was rusted bolts. Well I will give them one last chance to pay my out of pocket expense that Chevy fixed what they didn’t do I’m gonna reach out to Motion and see what their intention are and if they don’t want to take responsibility for the cost I paid Chevy then I guess I’ll be filing legal action against them which is my only recourse. We shall see and any updates I’ll try to update this review

UPDATE- Kyle has resolved the above issue and took care of my out of pocket expenses in full. I am very pleased with the quick response and handling of this matter

Everybody is warm and friendly, easy to work with after my last accident. They did whatever it took to get my car back to normal, went above and beyond. Highly recommend them and working with their entire team!
