Tri-State provided excellent service! While shopping for auto insurance, I contacted a lot of online companies but they were all unable to answer any questions. I'm a careful shopper so I like to have the knowledge before I buy. I contacted Tri-State and the representative took the time to explain the coverages to me (which no one ever did before!). She made suggestions but gave me the info I needed to make a decision that fit me. I will never leave Tri-State as I feel they offer a valuable service that other agents don't.
