Great people, great vibes, some indistinguishable higher prices compared to other markets but this small business definitely does not disappoint. Many uses on the current lot for overall natural health wellness.
Half the time I need to bring research notes to know whats branded healthy versus True healthy goods here. Well-stocked regardless.
Great wraps and organic produce.
We stopped by on our way home from seaside heights, so the kitchen was already closed. (Kitchen hours: 10 am-1:30 pm) Luckily there were some refrigerated grab & go items. (Dumplings which would have been much better heated up, and a simple veggie wrap. But hey, it’s sustenance.)
The ingredient labels on the prepared foods are less than helpful.
Grabbed some fresh fruit too, and some protein bars. I totally found some items I hadn’t yet seen in other stores (or hadn’t seen in years)
I will be forever grateful to my friends Stephanie and Tim for turning me on to this wonderful local business. Everybody is so kind and so helpful. I love their juices, salads and wraps. I buy my protein powder there. All their frozen items and healthy snacks are so good and reasonably priced!! I truly love this place :)
