I do epoxy flooring in Buffalo and was on vacation in the city and a friend of mine owns a bar in Tribeca and needed a crack repaired. Had someone do my garage and they screwed up. Called New Jersey Dec. they helped me pick the high wear urethane for a top coat. The guys there are awesome. Was able to apply the topcoat came out looking awesome. Definitely recommend this place.
Great company with awesome customer service! I used NJ decorative concrete for a metallic epoxy coating for a 1500sqft shop I built at my house. I was having issues trying to order the product from a different distributor and the company that manufactures the product sent me to Nj decorative concrete. The owner personally called me that same day after business hours just to make sure he touched base with me. I was very impressed with the customer service!
I told the owner this was my first time installing a epoxy floor, he told me don’t worry call me before you do it and I’ll walk you through it. I called before I started and he spent almost an hour on the phone explaining the steps in extreme detail. I wrote everything down and followed his process as best I could. The floor turned out amazing! I highly recommend this company!
